Our top priority for welcoming guests and team members to Sacred Solitude Wellness Retreat is doing it safely, with your wellbeing in mind. As we open in April 2021, we are putting into effect high wellbeing & safety standards, allowing us to ensure the highest level of service, cleanliness, and safety.

WELLBEING STANDARDS

Limited Occupancy:
We limit the amount of reservations per event. This will allow for plenty of time for our team to clean and ensure our guests can properly social distance, whether they are participating in a wellness class, nourishing their bodies, restoring outdoors, or just enjoying time in the sun.

Rigorous Cleaning Protocols:
The resorts are to be thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitized with a 5-step AirBnb cleaning protocol and will maintain a rigorous cleaning schedule utilizing industry leading electrostatic spray technology and hospital-grade disinfectant. All luggage exterior is required to be disinfected upon arrival and will be delivered to guests rooms

Protocols & Staff Training Programs:
All team members will participate in ongoing COVID-19 safety and sanitization guidelines.

All staff members are prescreened daily through temperature checks and questionnaires through which they certify the absence of any symptoms related to COVID-19 or exposure to anyone experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19.

Guests will be prescreened each time when entering the resort, prior to any appointments or classes.

Face Coverings Required:
Face coverings for team members and guests will be highly encouraged (if not required) in all indoor areas for vaccinated and non-vaccinated individuals. In accordance with our heightened standards of safety, face coverings will be required in any outdoor spaces where social distancing cannot be observed.

Hand Sanitizing Stations Abound:
Hand sanitizing stations have been set up in all rooms and throughout the property.

Flexible Cancellation Policy:
We are offering flexible cancellation policies to give you peace of mind while you consider us for future travel. For cancellations made more than 3 days after booking the scheduled event, you will be able to maintain a full credit towards products, services or future events or transfer your reservation to a recommended third-party or waitlister. Policy is applicable up to 24hrs before departure. After 24hrs, retreat is nontransferrable, but can still be used as a credit.

Refund Policy: Has to align with chosen Airbnb policy, and details will be provided upon Registration. Partial/Full Refunds may be available 24-48hrs after booking. Refunds must be requested in writing by email & worked out on a circumstantial basis. Best case scenario is to get someone to replace your spot in the retreat.

Embracing Nature’s Playground: Reimagined Wellness Programming
We’ve organized our wellness offerings to take great advantage of nature’s inherent capacity for self-healing. Each day we will to offer wellness classes that touch on all four domains of wellbeing: physical, spiritual, emotional and mental, (all socially distanced). To prioritize the wellbeing of our team members and your safety, we are offering a limited amount of classes and reducing the capacity of our attendees. Class/Workshop spots fill up quickly and last-minute class availability cannot be guaranteed. Advance class reservations are required.

Enhanced Dining and Nourishment Experiences
SSWR will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner catered by a local vendor. All outdoor dining spaces have been enhanced along with culinary preparation to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Vendors & Caterers – offering energy-boosting breakfast and lunch items as well as a full coffee and fresh juice bar packed with various snacks and goodies – will have enhanced outdoor and indoor seating with at least 6 feet between each table. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as face masks and gloves, will be worn by chefs in accordance with CDC guidelines and California state laws.

Breakfast/Snack sign-ups, as well as, Lunch and Dinner Menu options will be offered during registration.

In addition to our already high standard of cleaning, the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces, such as door handles, faucets, living areas.
