Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from soulfuLight Artistry L.A., owned & operated by Tai’Leah Paige. Your interest & your business is so much appreciated! And your Satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Any issues with a product or a service will be dealt with in the most Comforting & Fulfilling manner. If you are unhappy with your purchase or your service, for any reason, please don’t hesitate to reach out, via email, so that the solution may be resolved in a timely fashion. soulfuLight Artistry accepts exchanges or replacements for products, as well as, store or service credit towards future purchases and/or professional services.

Cancellation + On Time Policy for 1:1 Guidance Sessions

Please remember you may cancel or reschedule your appointment no later than 12hrs before your scheduled time. No same day cancellations or reschedules. Emergencies happen. And they are acceptable as long as you communicate with me prior to your scheduled time, as soon as possible via email, text or DM. I give a Grace Period of 5 Minutes if I don't hear from you. After 5 minutes with no communication, your session will automatically adjust to a video session, and may be subject to an upcharge for the Post-Session PDF guide. Giveaways, Free & Discounted Services subject to an upcharge for no call, no show.

Total Prices for Services may include Squarespace, Stripe or Paypal Transaction Fees (up to 4% + .44 on services and subject to additional tax according to CA tax laws for providing guidance services and create media arts products/services and property.)

In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to initiate a return for the product within 3 calendar days of your purchase. No cash refunds can be provided at this time, but this may be subject to change as we grow as an entity and a business. Deposits on services are also non refundable. Products must be in the same condition that you receive it in and undamaged in any way. Initiate a refund request by filling out a contact form on the Contact page or by emailing info@soulfulightLA.com.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, minus any shipping costs and a 30% fee for labor and taxes (if applicable). For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will, unfortunately, be ineligible for a full credit. I will be glad to issue partial courtesy credits, for damaged items, to be used towards another item or service of your choice. Returns, Refunds or Exchanges of any kind will not be accepted after 5 calendar days as of right now. Please email us to inquire about Credits after 5 calendar days.
