soulfuLight L.A. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that soulfuLight L.A. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. 

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Ownership of Rights
The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays. The Photographer reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event by the Photographer, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. soulfuLight Artistry LA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media/marketing material produced, used or contracted by soulfuLight Artistry LA, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites (https://soulfuLightLA.com), etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

A person attending a soulfulLight session who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or contact soulfuLight Artistry LA at info@soulfuLightla.com, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. soulfuLight Artistry will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a soulfuLight session or by failing to notify soulfuLight Artistry, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by soulfuLight, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify soulfuLight Artistry LA and it’s executives from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with soulfuLight Artistry LA may not use, copy, alter or modify soulfuLight photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from soulfuLight Artistry LA.
