Pre-Groundhog Day Shadow Work & Self Love Tips

Great afternoon Gems!

I’m so happy to be back on the site! There has been so much going on that I will go over at a later date — but for now! I wanted to bring some Downloads to the forefront when it comes to our Inner & Outer workings; getting things Aligned & in order. Now — Idk bout chu, but I’m not feeling 100% aligned BUT, I am feeling very happy, healthy and wealthy! in more ways than one. I definitely know I have a lot of work ahead of me to do and get started with, but it’s super important for me to feel emotionally, and psychologically aligned and clear before I proceed into anything that I do. Right now — there’s a lot in the atmosphere as far as work is concerned.. which is good! A lot of the time I be feeling overwhelmed. In this moment, I’m feeling way more grounded and at ease these days which is good! This time last year I was struggling a little bit, but through therapy and a lot of doses of Self Care I’m looking right now at the results of that inner and outer work. Now… I’m not gonna lie to you my outer needs help!! I lowkey started slacking with my gym routine — which has me going in and out at intervals that just don’t really sit right with me so I’m definitely needing to up my physical self care a lot more; even when it comes to certain types of pampering and treatments like that, I need to step my game up. And honestly truly, it’s just because I’ve been highly underpaid and severely stressed for like the past 9 months going on; Feeling a lot pregnant these days somewhat. But truly, it’s been a blessing to see the light at the end of the tunnel and really feeling the struggle coming down do its bitter end. And right on time actually, with Spring on the brink and Groundhog Day coming right up around the corner — signaling the halfway point to the end of Winter and the beginnings of the pre-Spring season.

Ya’ll know I’m always up on my regimens, as much as I can, I haven’t been slipping as much as I had been in the past, which I’m so grateful for. But I’m also noticing, in moments of high stress, me slipping back into patterns that I know don’t serve me and that I know I ultimately will need to shed at some point. It’s so fascinating, as you begin to heal yourself, the things you begin to notice and observe within yourself. and yes ya’ll, it is the most hidden underneath the surface type of things and behavior that only really are seen by us. I see how I’ve contributed to my suffering or lack of wellbeing. And it has a lot to do with my mental and physical habits. Whether it’s getting a little too lost in social media or in that snack baggy I made myself for the day, it’s still the teeniest tiniest of habits that will send us reeling. When the Full Moon comes around, we know how sensitive we can be. Hormones and Emotions go flying, and if we’re not careful we could send ourselves, or others, into tizzies and places where we didn’t anticipate heading towards. Witnessing and observing ourselves and how we move is the first step, Acknowledging that there needs to be some sort of change in behavior in order to make our lives that much easier and better is the next, but the third and final step that I want all of us to acknowledge, is the part when we start noticing what attitudes and behaviors we really want to change. I want all of us to be aware of this part because, we know that this is the Moment of Truth. We’ve been watching, we’ve been waiting, anticipating when we can embark on a new journey, and we know we need to take steps; we’ve even been given some steps to start off with most likely… we know for sure we’re ready for the change, and we even probably have set some things in place in order for us to be as successful as possible. So… now what?

When we are given a list of things to do, some of those things, channelled by Source itself, and even written down by us using our own two hands, why do we still be so hesitant to start?

Maybe it’s because we idealize ourselves, already in the middle of what we’re asking for and we draw blanks when it comes to how we get from point A to point B. Maybe we idealize it so much, we formulate our imaginations too much to the point where, it goes from Preparation to Procrastination.

Now, I know I just said a mf’in word right now. Lmao. and I’m talkin to myself too. Too much Preparation can slowly bleed into Procrastination. I know this is absolutely true for me because I have so much to do and on my To Do List, I feel like there should be a better strategy (and there really should) for me to get my tasks done in a way where I’m seeing the payoff sooner. A lot of the tasks and things I do haven’t produced a lot of fruit — right. It’s been a lot of building, creating and learning along the way. Well, that’s similar to how we gotta start building or investing in our dreams. Where are we most inspired right now? What can light us up and fill us with and igniting us, landing us on the next Bus headed straight for Joy Town? Sometimes, it’s hard for me to decide too! I have a terrible habit of doubting myself and having a hard time deciding to the point where it leads me to procrastinate. I don’t think the effective and productive thing for us to do is worry about what we’ve procrastinated about. I think the better thing for us to worry about is how we’ll stop and break the cycle. Every cycle. Especially the ones that keep us stuck in loops that will never serve us. Its the most self love act that we can participate in — it’s even love for everyone else including our generation and the community you’re apart of.


Healing is going to be its own never ending cycle, I know. That’s why, I want us to explore just one big cycle we’re the most afraid of breaking. The one we’ve probably been avoiding for a long time. None of us want to do the things most of us are called to do. That’s why we’re called. God makes miracles out of Life, best believe, They gon try to make a miracle out of all of us, chile.

Please don’t worry — and don’t fret! The other thing I need us to explore & keep in mind is the one that explores the possibility of Balance. Again, we not need use all of our time & energy healing.. unless you got the space and determination. We can balance our time Healing & Being. Being & Living Freely and out Loudly, is one of our many birthrights as citizens not only of this country, but as humans & inhabitants of this place called Earth. We have to Live Free and Just Be — most of the time. But when you come from a generation and lineage where the foundation did not serve you or others near you, it’s our responsibility to heal. As much or as little as we possibly can — & I encourage us to embark on the Journey sooner than later. You’ll get far, eventually. And as you continue along your Journey, I promise you, things get a lot better.

It’s safe for us to see a Self Love & Healing Journey as the most wicked Act of Self Love & the most fulfilling Journey for you to ever begin. It’s not easy, but it’s nothing for us to fear. We’ve done worst things — and with all the little facets of Self Love that we’re able to explore, every tiny quirk & irritation, slowly but surely starts burning away, like water flowing off of our backs; little by little we do see much progress. A lot like Nature; or a Tree that digs its roots as far deep as it can go before sprouting up, in the most amazing form & fashion.

I want for us to stay engaged in our lives — whether that’s through a creative hobby or successful business, a fulfilling position or the best family we could ever bond with, I want us to make sure we stay Alive.

The harsh realities of this dimension are always upon us. It depends how we look at them that will shape and shift our relationship to said realities. With that being said — if we haven’t already — let’s take a moment to explore our current reality, both within and outside of the mind. And let us shape the reality we all want to see and Be in. Guarantee you, it’s going to take a little adjusting on our part to hold space for all we seek to enjoy on this earth. Sometimes what we want, and what we’re willing or unwilling to let ourselves have, are two completely different realms of Creation. Let us blend the two together, depending on where we’re at on our timeline and on our schedule. Using the Power of Manifestation, including an emphasis on Self Love Practices, Routines and Rituals that keep us looking forward, being content in the present and seeking Alignment in all spaces.

  1. Are there any past thought patterns or behaviors that we are clinging to that won’t serve us going forward? What little changes and adjustments can we make toward accessing Higher Energies in the moments of growth & expansion?

Tips

  • We can wish for courage, clarity and/or direction, or perhaps a better self image in our prayers & our spells. (Mirror Work, Affirmations & Revel in the Spotlight, Splurge in a Facial or Massage Treatment and/or Makeup, Make a Doctor’s Appointment for your Personal Health and/or Eyes, Mouth or Feet. Work with Archangel Ariel, Goddess Athena or Black Madonna and Chant the word “Ram”)

  • Before the manifestation process can occur, we have to be sure we’re on the same page as our imagination is allowing us to be. Faking it, needs to REALLY turn into making it — this means a healthy amount of patience, perseverance — and yes, delusion.

  • Go into a meditation and create for yourself a clean slate. For a while, just get used to the feelings of a clean slate and allow words to form a description of what that could look and feel like for you. Imagine yourself planting seeds, if you were the gardener of your Life, what are you excited to see bloom in your Garden? Maybe, quite frankly, its cash, property and assets, for example. All of that is good and fine, but make sure you also call in the capacity to maintain a good amount of knowledge and time commitment towards those things; Call in a good amount of talent, resilience, self esteem and a Tribe of folks with the same healthy attitude towards wealth. See yourself in a healthy and thriving relationship with yourself, your Tribe, your Accountant, your Investments, and just cash in general. Don’t be afraid to showcase your talents in all forms. Call upon Archangel Chamuel & Goddess Abundantia, and Goddess. Focus your attention on Root, Sacral & Solar Plexus Chakra Balancing through eating Nutritious foods and Energy Work, Creativity & Long Walks in Nature.

  • Think about your overall Balance today — what activities, tasks, or practices can we prioritize at this time? What are we feeling like and how soon can we get back on track towards feeling like our most amazing self again? Are we needing a little more energy or do we just need to take several seats, and get some much needed REST. Balance the Spiritual & the Practical as well with our beliefs. Are we being a little too stubborn & not seeing what we need to implement to make our lives a little bit better? Or are we being a little too naive and seeing some things not as they truly are? Take action today to balance our emotions and our perspectives to get aligned with the Vision our Inner Most Highest Self is trying to tell us. Listen to our Souls — if we could jump through any portal to the Lifestyle we dream of — what does it look like and how soon are we ready to dive in??

  • Do not rush this process. Take your time and focus on one thing after another. Apply yourself as you’re carrying out your tasks and take time to get centered at Heart before anything. Dominate your impulses and focus on what truly matters. Distance yourself from the outside world if/when you need to by going out into Nature or take a very long, calm and relaxing walk around your neighborhood, if that’s feasible.

  • Your Inner Life can be Rich & Fertile, especially through Meditation & Bodywork; these practices & others like it make us feel good and in constant connection to our Inner Selves. Your Body is like Your Home/Temple, You and other people should feel good there too — take care of your Home — in all aspects. Create a Pleasant Atmosphere & a Harmonious Environment as much as we can, wherever we are, so that we can remain Serene, Congenial and Warm.


Affirmations

  • I Trust & Affirm that the fulfillment of my emotional & vital needs are a Human Right by Birth (If not all now, then in due time, before I know it.)

  • The more time I dedicate to growing my Self through my Dreams, the more Foundational feelings of Happiness, Connection & Bliss get rooted in my subconscious, which leads Me to my Destiny — a Life of Wholeness & Fulfillment
