5 Key Takeaways from "The Mountain is You"

We all have things that need adjusting — maybe it’s our overall routine, maybe it’s a bad habit here and there, and maybe it’s just a pile of a bunch of little tiny things that we know we could work on and/or want to invest more time in. One of my favorite tools, as hinted earlier, BOOKS. This book was recommended to me a few times in my journey; The author pleasantly summarizes what a healing journey looks like and (more than) a few helpful pointers on what we can do to become more empowered and productive along our journey. This has a lot to do with internal work surrounding our everyday behaviors. If you’re not ready to get read to filth, go ahead and put this book down baby lmaooo, come back to it later. If you’re ready to release control and surrender all your hangups in the name of healing and survival. Please keep going — I promise you, there’s something really special for you waiting at the end.
