13 Low Budget Self Care Practices at a Time of Cultural Stressors

What's up everyone!! It’s yo girl! I’m coming at you with something so exciting and something I’m extremely proud of. So yesterday I had the privilege and honor of presenting a talk to one of the sectors for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and it was soooo nerve wracking to be quite honest lol. There were 80+ people in the meeting and I was having a hard time calming down right before my time came, but I was able to channel that energy and keep a clear mind while presenting (Praise God)

The feedback was nothing short of positive and I’m blessed to say I was able to use this opportunity for my ultimate good as a creator (Presentation was FIRE if I do say so myself), as an educator and as a business owner as I was able to use the topic for an opportunity to share some of my more specified content as suggestions the audience can use to take with them. I’m so grateful to friends and colleagues like Ann Marie who is a facilitator for the group NAMI of Glendale who referred me to be able to participate in this event.
